have an appointment, please go to the department and hand in your
consultation card and appointment ticket. A receptionist will assist you.In case that you don’t have an appointment for follow-up consultation you can place a same-day appointment with the reception computer for yourself easily if your last consultation was within six months. The reception computers are located at the booth #100 “再診受付”. Please go to the department and fill the medical history form. |
