Also called “ISMS: Information Security Management System”, this certification requires the achievement of above a certain level of information security regarding not only personal information but also information having value for companies, as well as operational work processes. Being awarded this certification also indicates recognition that the information security management procedures of our center meet international standards. It is the international standard that corresponds to the Japanese JIS Q 27001: 2014 standard.
The Information Security Management system has a “Plan, Do, Check Act” cycle, which we will continue to follow. The system will also be subject to an internal audit and a maintenance audit once a year and a renewal audit once every three years. Under it, we will make continuous efforts toward further raising the quality of information security in the high quality services that we provide to our users.

Our center undergoes the Quality Evaluation for Ningen dock and Health Screening Institutes of the Japan Hospital Association and Japan Society of Ningen Dock and our certification in this respect was renewed in April 2015. Since receiving the first certification on March 26 2005, we have undergone the functional evaluation every 5 years. Thus, we gained certification for the 3rd time in 2015 and it is valid until March 31 2020.
The purpose of the third-party Quality Evaluation for Ningen dock and Health Screening Institutes is to promote quality improvements and to ensure that users undergo medical checkups with a feeling of ease.
The evaluation mainly comprises180 items in the 3 areas of “basic system for operation of facilities”, “satisfaction of examinees and their feeling of ease in examinations” and “ensuring quality of medical checkups”.
We will continually make efforts to provide a high quality service to ensure that users can feel at ease when they receive medical checkups.

Our certification regarding occupational health services was renewed in April 2015 after undergoing the National Federation of Industrial Health Organizations’ functional evaluation of occupational health services provided by a medical checkup institution. Since the first certification on November 1 1999, we have undergone the functional evaluation every 3 years so it was renewed for the 5th time in 2015. The certification is valid until March 31 2018.
The functional evaluation certifies the excellence of a facility based on an overall evaluation of medical checkup functions in terms of provision and renewal of rules relating to organization and operation management, proper conduct of medical checkups and occupational health support activities. The certification requires that the health status of examinees be appraised over an extended period based on an overall evaluation of checkup results that include past data.
