About Initial Medical Examination
- When you visit our hospital for the first time or when you see a doctor in a clinical department you are going to for the first time
- When a patient has been cured or treated for a disease after a previous visit to our hospital, but is now visiting our hospital because of a new disease that has occurred since the previous visit.
- When a person who needs continuous treatment discontinues the treatment at his/her own discretion and returns to see the doctor after a lapse of more than 3 months.

- On Saturdays, only certain clinical departments are open.
- Consultation days and consultation start times may differ depending on the clinical department.
No-consultation day
* Beginning in October 2019, the hospital will be closed in all clinical departments with the exception of a few departments.

1. Appointment
Please have a letter of referral letter (Patient Referral Document) ready at hand and, contact the Office of Regional Care Communications (JUNC).

We will also schedule the date and time of your next appointment, and guide you the procedure of hospital visiting.
6. How to pay for expense of medical treatment
To initiate payment at the automatic payment machine, please scan the barcode on sheet for your outpatient schedule (the paper coming out of machine for reception of re-medical examination) or insert your medical registration card.
Cash or credit cards are accepted.
7. (Those who are prescribed medications)How to receive Medications
For in-house prescription, please come to counter No. 5 [Medications counter] on the 1st floor of Building B.
8. Completion of Medical Consultation
Those without a Referral Letter

- In principle, please completed an appointment at your regular doctor.
