1. Reception opens at 8 am and closes at 11 am.
2. Fill in an application form for a consultation (Shinsatsu Moshikomi Yoshi) at the main desk at the main entrance of the hospital, and present it together with your insurance card. (If you have a letter of introduction, please present this at Reception Desk #1 together with your other documents)
3. The nurse at the main desk will ask you some simple questions and then give you directions to the relevant department.

※ If you have previously had a consultation at this hospital, you can use the follow-up consultation reception computer “再来受付機 (Sairai Uketsukeki)” to request a consultation. After you have registered, please present your hospital consultation card (Shinsatsu-ken) and your follow-up consultation appointment ticket (Sairai Uketsuke-hyo) at the department where you have made your booking.

This hospital will charge a diagnosis fee of ￥3,150 to patients on their first visit who do not have a letter of introduction from another health insurance medical institution. However, patients who come to the hospital in an ambulance, or in an unavoidable emergency will not be subject to this charge. (Patients with a letter of introduction are exempt from this charge.) To reduce the medical fees they are required to pay, we request that patients bring a letter of introduction from another medical clinic or hospital.

Visitors are permitted until 8 pm. Individual wards reserve the right to place their own limitations on visiting hours.
